One of our most recent projects is the exterior renovations at Ashton Woods apartments, a Berkshire Holdings property. Ashton Woods is a 250 unit apartment complex located on the east side in Greenville, South Carolina. The renovations include the construction of seven new entrance bridges, new front entry details, changing all balcony railings, and painting of the buildings. One of our most important concerns on this project is life safety issues, as all the work will be completed while the apartments are occupied.
